Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-23. Operator: Space Available Travel LLC (“we”, “us”, “Space-A+”).

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any part of Space-A+ (spaceaplus.com, the Space-A+ mobile app, or any related service, collectively the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Space-A+ is (and isn't)

Space-A+ is an independent aggregator of publicly-posted flight information from U.S. military passenger terminals. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of War (DoW), the U.S. Air Force, Air Mobility Command (AMC), or any individual military passenger terminal. We do not sell tickets, guarantee seats, determine eligibility, or board passengers. Space-A travel is governed by DoW regulations and the discretion of the individual terminals.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally eligible for Space-A travel under DoDI 4515.13 to create an account. Dependent information you enter in your profile is about individuals you are legally authorized to include.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, email support@spaceaplus.com immediately.

5. Sign-up-on-behalf feature

Space-A+ offers a feature that, on your click, composes and delivers an email to one or more military passenger terminals containing Space-A sign-up information drawn from your saved profile. Each time you click “Register at N terminals,” you expressly authorize us to:

1. Render the profile information you have provided (including your name, rank/grade, branch, category, contact details, and any dependents you select) into a plain-text email.
2. Send that email from our sender address (e.g. alerts@spaceaplus.com) to each terminal's public sign-up email address, with Reply-To set to your own email so terminal replies reach you directly.
3. Include you as CC on every message so you have a personal record.
4. Log the send (subject, body, recipients, timestamp) to your sign-up history.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information to a military passenger terminal may result in denial of travel, administrative action, or other consequences imposed by the terminal or by the DoW. We do not vet profile data.

Some terminals may not respond to emailed sign-ups, may respond slowly, or may require you to appear in person. We cannot guarantee that a sent email is received, processed, or honored. Always confirm directly with the terminal before traveling.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to impersonate another person, submit false identity information, or misrepresent your eligibility.
• Attempt to flood, spam, or repeatedly re-send to the same terminal in a way intended to overwhelm the terminal or disrupt its operations.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the Service in bulk to compete with it.
• Use the Service to conduct any activity that violates U.S. law, DoW regulations, or the terms of eligibility for Space-A travel.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions, and we may report abuse to the relevant terminal or to appropriate authorities.

7. Paid subscriptions

Some features are available only to paying subscribers. Pricing, feature lists, and billing cycles are shown on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us (and Stripe) to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are provided for the remainder of a paid period, except where required by law.

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continuing to pay after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

8. Free tier and beta

During the public beta, some or all premium features may be made available at no cost. Beta access is provided “as is” and may be withdrawn, reduced, or converted to a paid tier at any time with notice.

9. Intellectual property

Space-A+ (including the name, logo, code, and aggregated presentations of flight data) is owned by Space Available Travel LLC. Flight data itself, terminal names, branch names, and all references to DoD / AMC programs remain the property of their respective owners. You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g. your profile). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT FLIGHT SCHEDULES, SEAT COUNTS, BOARDING ODDS, OR SIGN-UP EMAILS WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, TIMELY, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED. SPACE-A ELIGIBILITY, PRIORITY CATEGORIES, AND BOARDING DECISIONS ARE DETERMINED BY THE DoW AND THE INDIVIDUAL TERMINALS — NOT BY THIS SERVICE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPACE AVAILABLE TRAVEL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, MISSED FLIGHTS, DENIED BOARDING, OR COSTS OF ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Space Available Travel LLC, its officers, and its contractors from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your submission of false, inaccurate, or infringing content.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@spaceaplus.com or via the account-deletion option in the dashboard (when available). We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, for non-payment, or for any lawful reason, with notice when reasonably practicable.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified to account holders via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
